August should be a busy month for WDAS with numerous Star Party events scheduled including those for Whitby Regatta, Folk week and Bank holiday, and Hooks House. The event at the Whitby Youth Hostel on March 29th, the final outreach event scheduled this side of summer, turned out to be the successful of all those hosted at the hostel. Why? Well for once it was clear.
A couple of non-observing events were hosted by Mark during March, the first for science week at Whitby Library, the second at the new Mayfield Care Home in Whitby.
