WDAS monthly meetings continue, the next being March 3rd held at our usual venue, Whitby School, a title that for local people from the 70s to the 2000s associate with the Prospect Hill site! Start time is 7:30pm. Meetings normally fall on the 1st Tuesday each month from October to May (January and April can be exceptions due to school holidays).  

If you are new to the area and would like to join the society or have become interested in the night sky and want to take 'one small step', please do come along, you will be very welcome. 

At the March meeting, we shall be reviewing the March night sky - look forward to the Messier marathon season and how best to tackle the challenge and discuss plans for future Danby Lodge Observatory events. Hope you can join us!
